Asbjørn Håland
Founding Partner, MD
Asbjørn is located in Oslo. He started his career as an entrepreneur, founding Norpost when still a teenager attending high school. He has 25 years of experience as a management consultant, first 15 years at Arkwright where he became a Senior Partner and MD of the Oslo office, and so far 10 years with EGP. Asbjørn has an MBA with distinction from INSEAD in France and a Siviløkonom NHH degree (MSc) from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Martin Blindheim
Founding Partner, MD
Martin is in London where he has been based since 1998. He combines 9 years of venture capital investment experience from Saffron Hill Ventures and MC Capital Europe (Mitsubishi Corporation) with 15 years of management consulting at EGP, McKinsey & Co and Boston Consulting Group. Martin has an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a Siviløkonom NHH degree (MSc) from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Henrik M. Poulsen
Senior Advisor
Henrik is located in Oslo. He has software development and management experience from 25 years at Roxar and GeoKnowledge as VP Software Development, VP Global Operation and Technical Director. Both companies were successfully managed and sold to respectively Emerson and Schlumberger. Henrik worked for Schlumberger for 3 years. Henrik was also a consultant responsible for governments at Rystad Energy for 4 years. He holds a MSc in Petroleum Technology from NTNU in Norway.

Arild Jakobsen
Senior Advisor
Arild is located in Houston and has lived in the US since 1991. He spent 15 years at Det Norske Veritas / DNV GL in Houston doing technical inspections, risk assessments, FMECA sessions and account management. Arild has more than 5 years of management consulting experience from EGP in Houston, which he helped start. He has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
